The small animal graduate development programme offers a series of core modules, delivered by XLVet trainers, providing guidance and building confidence in clinical and client skills.” Contents 03 The XLVets Small Animal Graduate Development Programme has been designed to instigate team building and learning, by bringing graduates together to actively participate, share experiences and develop future contacts. Each graduate can choose to be supported by a mentor from within XLVets, to help strengthen shared learning across the group.
